Minuteman Press, the world's largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design company, is seeking a candidate for a Graphic Designer/Print Production Associate in their Bernardsville, NJ location.
We are looking for someone with an interest in the print industry and a desire to learn new technology.
Our successful candidate will:

- Must have organization skills and be detail-oriented.
- Must have good Customer Service Skills.
- Have experience with advanced office copiers/digital printing.
- Have experience with print shop finishing equipment; cutting, folding, padding, insertion etc.
- Have a background in Graphic Design for print production. If you know how to setup bleed on a multi-page document, we want to meet you!
- Have working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Have strong computer skills for learning new quoting/invoicing software.
Experience in a print or copy shop is preferred.
FedEx Office, Staples Print/Copy Center, OfficeMax, or UPS store experience is beneficial.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Managing projects that involve a wide range of high-quality printing.
- Working within deadlines to meet customers' timing.
- Reviewing job specifications from work orders and ensuring that client files are accurate to produce jobs.
- Operating Xerox V280, apparel heat press, and other assorted bindery equipment.
- Maintaining a neat and orderly work area.
- Other print shop-related duties as necessary.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
