The ideal candidate enjoys working with the public, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in serving high-quality coffee drinks and fresh baked goods. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome and can help create the warm atmosphere Berry's is known for.

Previous coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude

Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations

Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked coffee bar area

Assist with bakery and grab-and-go sales

Help keep the dining room and café area neat and inviting

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Weekend availability is required.

- 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

$12–$15 per hour plus tips
