Clinical Administrator / Medical Assistant (Bilingual only)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and scheduling
- Manage scheduling, performance reviews, staff development, and ongoing training initiatives
- Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish (must be fluent in both languages)
- Manage medical billing and insurance follow-ups
- Resolve insurance claims and disputes when needed
- Maintain and manage Electronic Medical Records
- Provide clinical and administrative support
- Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- Support the Director with daily operations
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and providers
- Manages personnel assignments, addresses staff issues, manage staff hours and time-off requests
- Review clinical equipment and billing invoices for accuracy and delivery routinely price check clinical supplies to verify current contract pricing
- Provide assistance as needed in all areas
- Ensure staff maintains medical exam rooms as being fully stocked, organized, clean and disinfected
- Collaborate with ownership to evaluate current service offerings and recommend new treatments, technologies, and protocols
- Assist in the hiring of new personnel
- Ensure clinic staff handle the distribution of progress notes to referring clinics
Other duties as assigned
- Oversee Clinical Supply ordering and inventory to ensure adequate stock
- Oversee doctor credentialing, contracting, licensure and maintenance of certification
- Plan, prepare, oversee staff meetings
- Must have Medical Assistant experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Medical Assistant and front desk experience (required)
- Previous management experience in a medical setting (required)
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Phlebotomy skills to draw patients’ blood
- Proficiency with vital sign measurements, such as blood pressure, heart rate and temperature
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with EMR systems
- Knowledge of medical insurance processes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Some Sales experience
Education & Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (preferred)
- BLS and CPR certifications (preferred)
Job Details:
- Part-time position 10-5 pm
- Monday–Thursday schedule
