Shuttle Driver – Automotive Dealership
Overview
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience during every ride.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive dealership shuttle vehicles to transport customers to and from designated locations
- Provide a friendly, professional experience that reflects the dealership’s commitment to customer service
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding schedules and customer needs
- Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous shuttle, driver, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to navigate local routes confidently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
