About Apex Therapy
Apex Therapy is a growing mobile pediatric speech therapy practice serving children throughout Northwest Arkansas. We provide individualized, evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings, allowing children to learn and practice communication skills in their everyday environments.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping children reach their communication goals while providing exceptional care to families.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients following established plans of care.
- Implement individualized treatment goals using evidence-based practices.
- Deliver therapy in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using the practice’s electronic medical record (EMR).
- Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
- Maintain compliance with ASHA, Arkansas licensure, HIPAA, and insurance requirements.
- Represent Apex Therapy with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arkansas Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience working with the pediatric population
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule

Schedule
Current scheduling needs are primarily Monday through Thursday during daytime hours. Applicants should have availability between approximately 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Hours may increase as the practice continues to grow.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
