Spherion Fort Myers is excited to partner on a unique opportunity for a Bilingual House Manager (English & Spanish) based in Lee County, FL with one of our clients. In this residential operations role, you will oversee the daily activities and environment of a dedicated home setting, creating a safe, warm, and supportive atmosphere for residents, visitors, staff, and volunteers. You will lead facility operations, manage inventory, coordinate facility maintenance, supervise weekend support staff, and serve as a primary on-site resource.
This key position offers employer-provided housing on-site, allowing you to be deeply connected to the day-to-day community while delivering compassionate service and operational excellence. Pay: $38,000 - $40,000 year + Employer Provided Apartment
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, human services, business, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing residential, hospitality, or nonprofit operations.
- Familiarity with facility maintenance systems, vendor management, and emergency preparedness.
Required Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 2–3 years of experience in residential, hospitality, or administrative operations.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an empathetic, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including split shifts, evenings, and emergency on-call availability) and reside on-site.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
