Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This mobile position focuses on IV infusion therapy, phlebotomy, wellness services, and providing exceptional patient-centered care in clients’ homes.
The ideal candidate is confident working independently, possesses excellent IV access skills, and provides a luxury, concierge-level experience for every patient.
Responsibilities
- Perform peripheral IV insertions with excellent technique.
- Administer IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and prescribed IV medications.
- Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection.
- Prepare, label, and ensure proper transport of laboratory specimens.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments before and after treatments.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
- Educate patients regarding treatments, medications, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation.
- Follow infection prevention standards and nursing best practices.
- Travel to patient homes throughout the service area.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience.
- Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills required.
- Experience with mobile nursing, infusion therapy, emergency department, ICU, PICC team, home health, or infusion centers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
