CTE seeks a full time, full charge bookkeeper to supervise Billing and A/R clerk, as well as reporting to owners of the company. This person will assist in year-end tax preparation. Familiarity with transportation industry is preferred but not required. Prior managerial experience required. This position includes a health care package that is mostly paid for by CTE; serious candidates will receive additional details.
Experience and job requirements for full charge bookkeeper include:
- Handling Accounts Payable.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- General Ledger.
- Payroll (familiarity with ADP required), including maintaining vacation records, and preparation of Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns.
- Proficiency in accounting computer software and a willingness to learn an in house accounting program.
- AR experience or a strong understanding of AR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
