Compass Health is seeking a Child & Family Therapist to join our Children’s Intensive Services (WISe) team in Everett! As a key member of the Red Team, you’ll work alongside a dynamic, skilled group of professionals dedicated to empowering youth and their families through strength-based, wraparound services.
WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) is a collaborative, youth- and family-driven program supporting Medicaid-eligible individuals (up to age 21) with complex behavioral health needs. Services are provided in-home, at school, and in the community to reduce the need for more restrictive placements and help youth thrive in their natural environments.

Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based models.
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary treatment team to support youth and caregivers.
Deliver services flexibly in homes, schools, and community settings.
Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours crisis response.
MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science field (required)
Must meet qualifications for Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC
Preferably meets training requirements as a Child Mental Health Specialist
Valid WA State Driver’s License and insurance
Agency Affiliated Counselor registration (if not already licensed)
Background in medical, mental health, or social services
Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices or willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal, documentation, and crisis management skills
