Job Summary
SunnyDayz is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and passionate Trimmer / Harvester / Grow Hand to support all aspects of cultivation and post-harvest operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing premium craft cannabis.
At SunnyDayz, we believe in doing things differently. We are a small-batch, owner-operated cultivation company focused on quality over quantity. Our cultivation methods emphasize live soil practices, hand-watering and careful plant stewardship.
This position will support all cultivation activities from plant care through harvest, drying, trimming, packaging preparation, and facility sanitation.
Harvest & Post-Harvest Responsibilities
- Assist with harvesting plants according to harvest schedules
- Perform bucking, de-leafing, hanging, drying, and curing activities
- Trim and manicure cannabis flower by hand while maintaining product quality standards
- Sort and process harvested material according to company procedures
- Prepare flower for packaging and inventory transfer
- Maintain production accuracy and quality control standards
- Record and track harvest and post-harvest activities
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must successfully pass all applicable background and state requirements
- Previous cannabis cultivation and trimming experience preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
