Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver food to the table, properly placing each guest’s order
- Anticipate guests needs and be prepared to promptly answer any questions
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- Work with chef to update the kitchen on table status and course readiness
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the line, dining room floors, and paths of service
- Properly stock all plates, silverware, and condiments to par according to restaurant standards
- Communicate any supply shortages to management
- Complete end of day side-work as per restaurant standards
