Masis Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Fulfillment Lead to join our team working at our client facility in Charlotte, NC 28273. The Lead will be responsible for managing all associates and projects within the Fulfillment Department.
Job Details for Fulfillment Lead
- Schedule Tuesday thru Saturday 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Pay Rate: $18 -$20.00-depends on Experience
Job Responsibilities for Fulfillment Lead
- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives, organizing workflow, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Overseeing and coaching employees, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards
- Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the production process, both technical and personnel-related
- Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including production staff, management, and other departments
Job Requirements for Fulfillment Lead
- Bilingual is a must ( English/ Spanish) fluent in both written and spoken.
- Must have experience in a fulfillment or production environment.
- A proven track record of managing 15-25 people.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent computer skills
- Great Attitude
- Highly detail-oriented
- Organized
- Skilled in time management.
- Experience with powered equipment is a plus.
