Sales and Operations Management
Job Purpose:
Sales focused position for generating new customers and maintaining current relationships for auto transport business. Supports daily operations by providing data entry, logistics and dispatching needs.
Duties:
* Produces new customer relationships through self generated leads and developing a professional pipeline for future business. Using CRM system to contact and follow up with leads to convert to orders.
* Processing/ data entry for new incoming deals for vehicle transport.
* Dispatching vehicles to drivers using our internal system database and providing customers with the integral information regarding their transport.
* Maintains customer relationships by responding to requests; providing information; resolving problems.
* Able to take telephone inquiries for new sales and close sales with profit margin.
* MUST HAVE OUTGOING, POSITIVE, ENERGETIC PERSONALITY. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE WITH STRONG CLOSING ABILITY AND HUSTLE MENTALITY!!!
*MUST HAVE STRONG ABILITY TO MULTITASK, MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE DIRECTION AND LEARN NEW SKILLS QUICKLY.
* Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications:
General Experience - SALES, SALES AND MORE SALES!! Sales and Customer Support Experience, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Simple Computer Program proficiency, Delegation, Management Proficiency, Reporting Skills, Bilingual Candidates a Plus!!!!!
