We are currently seeking FULLTIME NIGHT LVNs or RNs to join our team!
We’re hiring NIGHT SHIFT Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) or Registered Nurses (RNs) at West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation located in South Austin!
*** NIGHT SHIFT INCLUDES SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL ***
Shift:
Full-time nights rotation, 6pm-6am
3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off
Allows for every other full weekend OFF
Duties:
- Provide nursing care including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing and assessing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes.
- Work together with Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
- Initiate requests for consultation or referral. Respond to requests from the resident, physician, or nursing staff.
- Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the attending physician, Medical Director, or the Administrator concerning the status and care of the assigned resident.
Qualifications:
- LVN or RN license is required
- Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcome!
