About the Role
You'll be the hands-on engine of the warehouse, working alongside the Warehouse Supervisor to receive shipments, put stock away, pick and pack orders, and ship to customers across the US. This is a varied role — every day touches receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. If you like staying busy and seeing the results of your work at the end of every shift, this is a good fit.
What You'll Do
- Unload inbound containers and pallets; check goods against packing lists
- Operate a forklift (sit-down and/or reach) safely and confidently
- Put stock away to correct bin locations and keep the racking organized
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Generate shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, LTL) using our shipping software
- Help with cycle counts and keep inventory accurate
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For
- Valid forklift certification (sit-down required; reach a plus)
- 2+ years of warehouse experience in a structured operation
- Useful with your hands — comfortable using basic tools, breaking down pallets, light assembly, and general warehouse upkeep
- Comfortable with computers — able to use a WMS or inventory system, print shipping labels, send a clear email, work in Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through a full shift
- Strong attendance and reliability — punctual, dependable, and consistent
- Good attitude and a team player — we're a small crew, so how you show up matters
- Steel-toed boots required (we'll reimburse on your first paycheck)
What You'll Get
- $16.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience
- Paid time off and US federal holidays
- Health insurance contribution
- Steady Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- A real opportunity to grow as the operation grows — we plan to expand headcount and there'll be opportunities to step up
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Benefits:
- 401(k) matching
- Employee discount
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
