Role Description
We are looking for an experienced full-time Lead Electrician. Our shop is based in Lees Summit, MO. Work will be performed on site all over the KC Metro area, but primarily on the Kansas side. As a Lead Electrician, you will be in charge of a team to rough in, finish and/or do service work in custom residential homes. Key responsibilities include directing a team to wiring new construction homes, troubleshooting electrical issues on service calls, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Accurate documentation of work performed and collaboration with coworkers is essential to the role.
Qualifications
- At least five years experience wiring residential homes required
- Ability to wire an entire rough in and finish on your own required
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and identifying electrical issues for service calls
- Ability to read blueprints and specs required
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred but not required
- Driver's license and clean driving record required - van and gas card possible if qualified
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
