We’re looking for a dependable and experienced CDL-A Milk Truck Driver to join our team. This local driving role plays an essential role in serving our farm members by safely hauling raw milk from their farms to processing facilities. You'll be home daily and part of a team that values hard work, reliability, and the importance of supporting local agriculture. Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maneuver trucks for local bulk fluid pickup and delivery
- Inspect vehicles regularly for mechanical and safety issues; perform basic preventative maintenance
- Plan efficient routes and adhere to delivery schedules
- Follow all DOT regulations, including size, weight, parking, and break requirements
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Load and unload vehicles at designated locations
- Collect, review, and verify delivery instructions
- Report any accidents, defects, or violations promptly
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a truck driver
- Strong understanding of truck driving laws and regulations
- Clean driving record with no recent moving violations
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions such as weather or traffic
- Valid CDL-A license and Tank Endorsement
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (not required)
