Job Summary: We're seeking dedicated Production Line Employees for our Santa Fe manufacturing facility. You'll play a key role in producing our natural body care products, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment (filling, labeling, capping, packing).
- Perform tasks like filling containers, applying labels, capping, and packing finished goods.
- Conduct visual quality checks and remove defective items.
- Maintain a clean work area following GMP and safety standards.
- Accurately complete production records.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily goals.
- Assist with line setup and minor adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
- Ability to follow instructions and strong attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity; ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25-50 lbs occasionally.
