About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Quality Control & Packing Specialist to join our fast-paced print production team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for inspecting printed materials, verifying job accuracy using workflow software and packing slips, and preparing items for shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on printed signage and materials to ensure accuracy and visual integrity
- Use workflow software and packing slips to verify order contents and pack them
- Accurately package and organize signage by job or customer
- Pack boxes efficiently and securely for shipment
- Label packages and stage completed jobs for pickup or delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized packaging and QC area
- Work closely with production, shipping, and customer service teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with inventory and stock organization as needed
Requirements
- High energy and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and adapt to rapidly changing objectives
- Comfortable using basic computer software and job tracking tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in print production, packaging, or fulfillment is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
