Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person and over the phone.
- Use strong communication skills to explain product availability and pricing.
- Identify opportunities for upselling.
- Manage and organize daily tasks and follow-ups.
- Apply organizational skills to plan routes effectively while adhering to safety regulations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of pricing strategies.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Comply with all safety regulations during commercial driving activities, including proper vehicle operation.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and pricing options.
- Valid driving license with experience in route driving and commercial driving preferred.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling and customer engagement strategies.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, pricing calculations, and inventory management.
- Experience in merchandising and organizing displays to attract customer attention.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during deliveries or stock replenishment tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills for route planning and time management.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to solving client needs.
- Bilingual is a plus
