- Kick off with a quick huddle—confirm materials, tools, and equipment, then head to the site
- Lead an awning or shade installation for a residential or commercial customer, serving as the on-site point of contact
- Keep the jobsite safe, organized, and professional while operating power tools efficiently
- Return to the shop to assemble components, fit fabric onto frames, and stage and load materials for tomorrow
- Coordinate with shop and installation teams to stay on schedule and hit deadlines
- 2+ years of construction, installation, or related hands-on experience
- Comfort and proficiency with power tools and measuring equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and accurate tape-measure reading
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership potential
- Positive, team-first mindset
- Clear communicator with strong customer service
- Independent ownership and problem-solving ability
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Comfort using ladders and aerial lifts
- Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the day
- Work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Operate company vehicles as needed
- Hourly rate: $25.00–$30.00 (based on experience)
