Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Sound Engineer to join our creative team in Austell! In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and enhancing audio for a variety of multimedia projects, ensuring high-quality sound production across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain audio recording equipment during filming and live productions to ensure pristine sound quality.
- Physically and logically Routing music equipment to the mixer.
- Edit and mix audio tracks using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with videographers and content creators to synchronize audio with visual footage seamlessly.
- Conduct signal processing tasks to enhance audio clarity, reduce noise, and balance sound levels for optimal output.
- Assist in filming sessions by setting up microphones, audio interfaces, and other necessary gear for capturing high-quality sound.
- Manage post-production audio workflows, including editing dialogue, sound effects, and background music for various media formats.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory of audio equipment and ensure all tools are calibrated and functioning properly.
Experience
- Proven experience in sound engineering or audio post-production within multimedia or film environments.
- Strong knowledge of signal processing techniques and audio editing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with videography and filming equipment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams..
Pay: $27.51 - $35.00 per hour
