General Description
The UXO Technician III (UXO III) is the most senior technical qualification level in the Unexploded Ordnance (UXO)/Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)-related civilian workforce, typically achieved through extensive field experience, formal training (e.g., DoD EOD-equivalent certification, prior military EOD/UXO background), and demonstrated leadership on munitions response and demilitarization projects.
