SUMMARY
SilverSpot Technologies, LLC will carry out a service operation for American outdoor manufacturer. This involves processing of drinkware of various shapes and sizes.
LEAD BY EXAMPLE:
The line operators, prepare vessels for production, select order for production, operate the lasers, Inspect the quality of ablation, assembles components, packages, and ships order.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Attend Weekly Quality Meetings with YETI Staff via TEAMS
· Advising management and HR broad matters related to call outs, early-out & attendance daily.
· Team Leader must work continuously to ensure workplace safety.
· Incident reporting
· Facilitates the ability to perform visual check of Duracoat stainless-steel drinkware during all phases of processing.
· Trains to operate a fairly automated Laser machine(s).
· Uses measuring devices to compare to standardized specifications.
· Trains on selecting product for production line up into the machine(s) and ensures the product is elected in First In First Out (FIFO) order.
· Instructs on packaging the products into appropriate shipping vessels.
· Interacts and enters production data into system via scanner or manual entry into computer.
· Daily Scrap Counts.
· Daily Job Assignment.
· Problem Solve.
· Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Three to six months related experience and/or training, high school diploma or GED.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Ability to work with computer

Timing:
SST will have a 8hr per shift, 3 shift operation.
