Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations within our hospitality or commercial facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all designated areas.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of custodial staff, ensuring high performance through effective training and clear communication.
- Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of cleaning procedures aligned with industry best practices for commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, and hospitality environments.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance in all areas; address any deficiencies promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster excellent customer service by responding to guest or client inquiries related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services with a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning environments.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams within a housekeeping or custodial setting.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage team performance effectively.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and other departments seamlessly.
- Experience with laundry operations is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is highly advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
