Quality Control Inspector Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a local electronics manufacturing company seeking multiple Quality Control Inspectors to join their team. The Quality Control Inspector will perform inspections for all incoming, completed, and returned boards, documenting all tests and ensuring each item meets manufacturing standards. The ideal Quality Control Inspector has prior experience as a Quality Inspector, understands ISO processes, uses measuring instruments, and has excellent documentation and communication skills. The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Moorpark, CA.
Quality Control Inspector Job Responsibilities:
- Perform First Article Inspections For All Level Boards & Record Results
- Perform Incoming Inspections For All Level Boards & Components & Record Results
- Perform Final Inspections of Completed Assemblies in Accordance With Procedures & Requirements & Record Results
- Ensure Accuracy of Test Equipment by Checking Against Standards
- Review & Sign Company Certifications as Required
- Check Returned or Rejected Materials For Status
- Perform Random Checks of In-Process Jobs as Necessary
- Maintain The Process & Swiftness of Department Yields & Accuracy
- Maintain Quality Records Relating to All Inspection Activities
- Follow Instructions With Great Care & Precision
- Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines
Quality Control Inspector Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Solid Knowledge of Product, ISO Process, IPC A-610, J-STD-001
- Training on Sampling Techniques & Proper Use of Measuring Equipment
- Must be Able to Read & Interpret Assembly Drawings & Instructions
- Must Have Solid Math & Measuring Skills
- Excellent Written & Verbal English & Communication Skills
- Must Have Good Eyesight For Visual Tests
- Demonstrates Excellent Time Management Skills
