DMV Title & Registration Clerk — Mazda of Milford
Mazda of Milford is looking for a sharp, organized DMV Title & Registration Clerk to own our title and registration process and help bring modern, efficient workflows to our business office. This is a full-time or part-time role with real room to grow — in both responsibility and pay — for the right person.
We're a busy single-store dealership that takes pride in doing things right. You'll be the person who keeps every deal compliant and moving, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape how our office operates as we continue to modernize.
What you'll do
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and transfers accurately and on time
- Handle lien processing, dealer reassignments, temporary tags, and out-of-state deals
- Work directly within Tekion, Dealertrack, Vitu, and RouteOne to manage paperwork digitally
- Communicate with both customers and lenders to ensure accuracy and complete required documents.
- Track and follow up on outstanding titles and registrations to keep deals from stalling
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure full DMV compliance
- Partner with the controller and sales team to keep the title pipeline clean and current
What we're looking for
- Some hands-on experience with DMV titles, registrations, or dealership paperwork (experienced clerks strongly encouraged to apply)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — accuracy under deadline is the job
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in modern, digital workflows (Tekion, Dealertrack, Vitu, RouteOne, Excel)
- Someone who naturally looks for smarter, more efficient ways to get things done
- Connecticut DMV experience is a strong plus
- Whether you're an established, experienced clerk or a motivated person early in your career who's eager to learn and grow — we'd like to hear from you

Pay & schedule
- $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience, with clear growth potential in both pay and responsibility
- Full-time or part-time, Monday–Friday, with some schedule flexibility
