Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Accurately ring in all drinks and process transactions through the POS system.
- Communicate effectively with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
Qualifications & skills:
- Restaurant experience: 3 years (Required)
- Must know how to properly pour liquor and follow all established pour standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and cost control. (Required)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
