Crow River Winery is hiring a positive and outgoing person to join our Tasting Room team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being part of a collaborative team environment, and creating an excellent experience for every customer. Schedule is flexible, but regular availability on Friday nights and weekends is required.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- thrives in a fast-paced environment
- has serving or bartending experience (2+ years preferred)
- maintains composure while under pressure
- has exceptional customer service skills and will always put the customer first
- is professional, friendly, and enjoys talking with guests
- must be willing to work some weekends and Friday nights
- is 21+
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience will also be considered for bartending events.
