Option 1: Full Service Property Manager
Portfolio: 75–125 Single Family Homes
Primarily Remote Position – Only 4 days or less in the office per month
Responsibilities:
- Rent collection
- Owner statements
- Paying vendors
- Trust accounting
- Bank reconciliations
- Security deposits
- Accounting reports
Option 2: Property Manager
Portfolio: 125–200 Single Family Homes
(Accounting handled by a dedicated bookkeeper)
Responsibilities:
- Tenant communication
- Maintenance coordination
- Leasing using showing agents
- Renewals
- Owner relations

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential property management experience
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Active real estate license is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing single family residential properties preferred
