Now Hiring: Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative
Do you love helping people just as much as you long animals? We're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
As the first face our clients see and the first voice they hear, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for both pets and thier people.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed with a warm, positive attitude
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally and scheduling appointments
- Checking clients/patients in and out
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications, and treatment plans
- Work closely with our veterinarians and technicians to keep the day running smoothly.
Skills
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Technical proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems

- Veterinary or medical reception experience a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
