Heavy Civil Working Foreman – Water/Wastewater & Utilities

Pay: $32–$40 per hour, based on experience
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Working Foreman to lead a small field crew on water, wastewater, utility, and civil construction projects.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can direct a crew while also performing construction work in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
- Direct daily heavy civil construction activities.
- Perform hands-on concrete, piping, excavation, and dirt work.
- Lead water and wastewater construction activities.
- Read construction plans, blueprints, and site layouts.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and jobsite safety.
- Inspect completed work for proper installation.
- Solve field problems and make daily decisions.
- Coordinate work with the General Superintendent.
- Maintain a clean and safe construction site.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction leadership or foreman experience.
- Experience in heavy civil construction.
- Experience with water, wastewater, utilities, or underground construction.
- Hands-on experience with concrete, piping, excavation, or dirt work.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
- Experience leading small construction crews.
- Strong understanding of construction safety and quality.
- Willingness to work hands-on in the field.

Work Schedule & Location
