You rapidly assess equipment health, assign the right work to the right technician, and keep production assets operating safely and efficiently. You standardize procedures, document results, and use data to reduce unplanned stops—especially on liquid filling and packaging lines. You partner with contractors when needed, maintain parts availability, and keep the budget aligned to plan.

Lead all maintenance operations: installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and reliability initiatives.

Design and roll out maintenance procedures; train teams and verify adherence.

Perform routine facility and equipment inspections to find and fix issues early.

Set repair schedules, evaluate cost and time estimates, and ensure quality completion.

Maintain accurate daily records: progress reports, maintenance logs, and metrics.

Oversee spares and consumables; place timely orders to prevent stockouts.

Manage the PM program end-to-end and pursue continuous improvement in reliability and effectiveness.

Lead a safety culture—teach safe equipment operation and enforce policies without compromise.

Own expense tracking; manage budgets and prepare annual funding requests.

Build productive relationships with contractors and service providers.

High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience preferred.

At least 5 years as a maintenance manager in manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of PLC and servo systems, plus electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical principles.

Hands-on experience with liquid filling equipment; personal care industry exposure preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication.
