Gannett Logistics (a FedEx delivery contractor) is hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers to join our FedEx Ground Alternative Vehicle Program (AVP). As an AVP Driver, you'll use your own approved personal vehicle to deliver small and medium-sized FedEx packages to homes and businesses throughout our service area.

Location:
We are based in Eau Claire, WI and are responsible for delivery in zip codes north and west of Eau Claire.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid drivers license
- Clean driving record (no accidents, DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving, etc)
- Must have a reliable vehicle newer than 15 years old
- Must have valid personal vehicle insurance
- Must successfully pass drug screen
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and honest (unscheduled absences are unacceptable)
- Previous driving experience is preferred (e.g. moving van, bus, Uber, Amazon, food delivery, etc.) (No CDL required)

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekday & Weekend shifts available
- Year round work
- Work time will depend on route and package volume
- Full-time and Part-time positions available (full time preferable)
- Saturday availability needed
Compensation:
- New employees will start at $20/hr
- Pay raises available based on tenure and performance
- Weekly pay period

- Organizational skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must be able to follow precise instructions
- Self-motivated; ability to work with minimal supervision
