Custom design and fabrication shop in Ida, MI is hiring MIG Welders for both 1st shifts!
Duties:
- Use MIG Welding techniques, hand-held torches, grinders, and other technical implements to assemble steel racks
- Use measuring and marking tools to align work pieces
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning metal surfaces using scrapers and grinders to remove rough spots and blemishes
- Other general labor shop duties as needed
Shifts:
1st shift: 7am-4:30pm M-Fri
Qualified candidates must pass a pre-employment weld test, have your own welding helmet, jacket, and steel toe boots, and be able to work overtime as needed. Must have 8+ months of experience in MIG production welding!
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
