- Generate equipment rentals and sales for construction equipment.
- Travel required within territory with occasional overnight stays

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within assigned territories through proactive business development and lead generation activities.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions of heavy equipment solutions.
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer retention, upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement.
- Engage in cold calling and direct outreach efforts to generate new leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand awareness and attract new business within the territory.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory insights to inform strategic planning and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering technical support, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the construction equipment or industrial machinery sector.
