New England Neuro Vascular Associates, LLC is a growing physician-led neurovascular practice focused on Neurointerventional Surgery, Stroke Intervention, Brain Aneurysm Care, and comprehensive cerebrovascular disease management.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a desire to participate in the development of a high-quality, patient-centered neurovascular practice.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and management of patients with acute ischemic stroke, brain aneurysms, subarachnoid hemorrhage, carotid and intracranial vascular disease, and other neurovascular disorders
- Performing pre-procedure history and physical examinations, consultations, and clinical assessments
- Participating in inpatient management of neurointerventional patients
- Collaborating with physicians and other members of the care team
- Supporting outpatient clinic care
- Communicating with patients, families, referring providers, hospital staff, and ancillary teams to support coordinated, high-quality care
- Assisting with clinical documentation, patient education, care pathways, quality improvement initiatives, and program development
- Supporting the continued growth of the Neurointerventional Surgery, Stroke Intervention, and Brain Aneurysm Program
Schedule
Typical weekday coverage hours are expected to be approximately:
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
There is no routine requirement for in-person hospital coverage after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays unless mutually agreed upon or required by exceptional clinical circumstances.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts, or eligible for Massachusetts licensure
- Prior experience in neurology, neurosurgery, neurointerventional surgery, interventional radiology, ICU, emergency medicine, vascular medicine, hospital medicine, or a procedural specialty is preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical aptitude and interest in neurovascular care may be considered
- Excellent communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a physician-led, team-based environment
- Professional, dependable, patient-centered, and committed to high-quality care
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range: $65–$85/hour, based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and responsibilities.
