6-Week Contract | 40 Hours | $3,050/week Gross
We are seeking an experienced Echo Technologist with strong NICU and Pediatric experience for a short-term contract with high weekly pay and extension potential.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: 7/6 (preferred) or 7/20
- Contract Length: 6 weeks (possible extension)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week (4x10s)
- Variable AM shifts: 5a–6p or 7a–5p
- Includes some weekends, holidays, and on-call
- Location Requirement: No local candidates within 50 miles (effective 9/1/2025)
Unit & Facility Info
- Level IV NICU / Level I Pediatric Trauma
- EMR: EPIC (Synapse Cardiovascular)
- Equipment: Philips Epiq, IE33
- Patient Volume: 5–7 patients/day
- Floating: May float to BGH as needed
Requirements
- Experience:
- 2–3 years recent Echo experience
- Must include newborn through adult cardiac ultrasounds
- Required experience in Level I or II Trauma facilities
- NICU & Pediatric experience REQUIRED
- Certifications:
- AHA BLS
- ARDMS (RDCS) OR CCI (RCS)
- License: No state license required
Compensation
- Weekly Gross: $3,050 (based on 40 hours)
- Base Rate: $37.93/hr
- OT/Holiday Rate: $56.89/hr
- On-Call Rate: $5/hr
- Call Back Rate: $56.89/hr (2-hour minimum guarantee)
- Per Diem: $1,533/week
- M&IE Daily: $383.25
Additional Info
- RTO: Up to 3 days within 6 weeks
- Not allowed during major holiday window (7/3–7/5)
- Guaranteed Hours: Not guaranteed during orientation week or weeks with RTO
- Interview Required: Please include your best availability for interview
