We at Fido are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inspector in Altus, Oklahoma for property inspection and unit walkthrough tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up keys from the leasing office
- Conduct thorough unit inspections and walkthroughs
- Check overall cleanliness, condition, and functionality of the unit
- Report findings with clear notes and photos
- Ensure the property is guest-ready
Qualifications:
- Knows how to use inspection app
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions independently
- Experience in property inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality is a plus
