About the Role
We are seeking dedicated military veterans to join our team as Heavy Equipment Field Technicians. You will leverage your technical expertise to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of machinery, ensuring our equipment remains operational and reliable for critical construction projects.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel system failures using advanced diagnostic software and digital tools.

Execute preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and extend the operational life of our fleet.

Document all service activities and parts usage accurately within our digital work order management system to maintain precise maintenance records.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot challenging technical issues and share best practices for efficient repairs.

Ensure a safe working environment by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory standards while performing field or shop repairs.

Support the logistics of equipment readiness by assisting with the transport and preparation of machinery for client deployment.

Participate in ongoing professional development and OEM-specific training to stay current with evolving industry technology.
Qualifications-
Proven experience as a mechanic or technician, ideally gained through military service or formal trade training.

Strong proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.

Possession of a personal set of professional-grade tools suitable for heavy equipment maintenance.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Formal certification from a trade school or technical college.

Prior experience in field service or heavy equipment rental operations.
