Nurse Manager

This Nurse Manager will oversee the ICU and IMCU.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage, lead, and support the staff members of the units, promoting safe nursing practice and intervening as needed.
- Maintain operational aspects of the unit including participating in budget preparation, monitoring resources.
- Collaborate with human resources to hire and evaluate staff and resolve issues.
- Attend management meetings and participate on departmental committees.
- Serve as a clinical and technical resource and role model for staff, applying knowledge to daily practice.
What you'll bring:
- Passion for Critical Care
- 5+ years of clinical experience with demonstrated clinical expertise/leadership skills
- Must have previous Critical Care and Managerial experience
- Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required, Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Licensure: NYS Registered Nurse License
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Salary Range
USD $133,870.00 - USD $160,665.00 /Yr.

The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
