Wellspring Counseling is seeking experienced, highly skilled licensed therapists to join our clinical team.
Wellspring is a faith-based counseling center committed to clinical excellence and to help individuals, couples, and families experience meaningful growth and healing. Our work is informed by a Christian perspective, and we serve a diverse client population with professionalism, respect, and care.

Therapists at Wellspring receive administrative, billing, and operational support, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality care to clients.
What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Maintain timely and thoughtful clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical consultation and collaboration with the team
- Incorporate clients’ values, beliefs, and preferences, including spiritual or faith perspectives when appropriate—into treatment
We’re Looking for Therapists Who
- Hold an active Florida LMHC or LMFT license
- Demonstrate strong clinical skill and sound professional judgment
- Have experience working with complex relational and emotional concerns
- Are comfortable working within a faith-informed practice setting and respecting the role of spirituality in clients’ lives when relevant
- Value collaboration, humility, and continued professional growth
