Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers (Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Assistants) to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in various settings, including home care, assisted living, nursing homes, and community-based programs. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, observe for changes in health status, and report findings according to care plans.
- Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and safety protocols.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning patient areas and ensuring infection control standards are met.
- Provide personal transportation assistance for appointments or community outings, ensuring safety at all times.
- Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Experience
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism or intellectual disabilities is highly valued.
- Experience in geriatrics, hospice care, memory care (including Alzheimer’s and dementia care), or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques, care plans, medication administration, CPR/First Aid certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with home health or home & community care settings enhances your ability to deliver personalized support.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards.
- Hands-on experience with patient transfer methods like Hoyer lifts or other manual handling equipment is beneficial.

Pay: $12.50 - $19.00 per hour
