We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians with parts selection, ensuring accurate orders, and maintaining efficient inventory operations.
Responsibilities:

Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts

Look up parts using electronic catalogs and manufacturer systems

Process parts orders, invoices, and returns accurately

Maintain organized inventory and stock levels

Receive, label, and stock incoming parts shipments

Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability

Provide pricing, availability, and product information to customers

Keep the parts department clean and organized

Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred

Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Computer proficiency and ability to learn parts catalog systems

Valid driver’s license
