o Daily correspondence with clients including fielding client calls, sending project updates, and coordinating project startups
- Communicate calmly and clearly regarding progress, potential problems, and solutions to clients, field tradespeople, and on-site engineers
o Contribute to the seamless delivery of responsive client service by documenting essential details
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation of service work performed and ensure timely follow-up with fellow technical team members concerning service status and potential issues
- Ensure records are thorough, so that the issue and its status can be referenced at any time, by any technical team member
o Represent Sweeney Controls onsite, via email, and over the phone, cultivating and sustaining client, vendor, and contractor relationships
