Clinic Manager, Denver, Colorado – up to $97,000
The clinic manager is responsible for smooth clinic operations as well as directing, organizing and supervising the clinic staff in their assigned clinic. The clinic manager coordinates clinic efforts to ensure that effective and high-quality patient care is being provided, and that quality standards are met within their assigned clinic and staff.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Manage staffing according to patient volume while maintaining employee satisfaction
- Communicates to HR any complaints, final warning notices, corrective action, and termination of employees
- Excellent operation, which includes monitoring clinic performance and identifying sources of performance gaps
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address these gaps to ensure that high quality performance is maintained
- Ensure staff maintain professionalism always including proper uniform attire, dress code protocols, manner of performing professional duties, and all forms of communication with patients, families, and visitors within the clinic
- Meet the bonus target of patient satisfaction and maintain high NPS scores
- Manage supply level of clinic and order needed supplies as necessary, always balancing cost with supply necessity
- Perform necessary routine equipment maintenance
- Keep lab books and log binders complete and up to date
- Professional and immaculate clinic appearance
- Ongoing training of clinic staff to ensure high-quality care and performance
- Develop and assign staff to leadership positions

Requirements:
- Prefer LSO, RT, or LSRT certificate – If you do not have this, you must be willing to complete the schooling within 9 months of your hire date.
- MA certificate or degree required with clinical experience of at least 2 years
- Strong communication, coaching and delegation skills

Potential Annual Salary = $97,000
- Base Salary = $77,000 with RT/LSRT/LSO ($73k while working on LSO)
- Potential annual bonus = $20,000
Potential Total Compensation with Medical Benefits = $117,329
