Key Responsibilities
Guest Services:
Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide helpful information about the campground, facilities, and amenities.
Communication:
Answer phones promptly and professionally, ensuring guests receive friendly and efficient service.
Office & Store Support:
Assist with reservations, retail sales, stocking, merchandising, and keeping the office and camp store organized.
Point of Sale:
Operate the POS system and cash register accurately and responsibly.
Daily Operations:
Support check‑ins and check‑outs, complete campground walkthroughs, and document bookings, refunds, or adjustments.
Cleanliness & Presentation:
Maintain a neat, tidy, and welcoming environment in the office, camp store, and all common guest areas.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the manager and staff to ensure the campground is manicured, safe, and running smoothly.
Issue Resolution:
Handle minor guest concerns with professionalism and escalate larger issues to management.
On‑Call Support:
Assist with after‑hours needs by answering calls and contacting the manager or maintenance team when necessary.
Qualifications
- Friendly, approachable, and dependable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks and stay organized in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Hospitality or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
