As a Bank Teller, you'll be the welcoming face of our branch—helping customers with their everyday banking needs while building lasting relationships in the community. Every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact, whether you're processing transactions, answering questions, or connecting customers with the products and services that fit their financial goals.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers with a smile and provide outstanding service.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
- Enter transactions into our banking system and provide receipts.
- Assist with ATM balancing and daily operations.
- Follow bank security procedures and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate banking specialist when additional products or services may help.
- Operate coin-counting equipment and assist with other branch operations.
Additional Responsibilities (As Assigned)
- Manage and balance the branch vault.
- Order and ship cash.
- Supply tellers with cash throughout the day.
- Balance and replenish ATMs.
- Maintain accurate vault records and logs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift bags of coin
