Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and community engagement
Work company-provided leads to maximize closing opportunities
Conduct detailed roof inspections and provide honest, transparent recommendations
Prepare clear proposals and confidently explain financing or insurance options
Close deals with integrity and professionalism
Coordinate with operations to schedule, track, and complete projects
Maintain accurate documentation and proactive customer communication
Deliver a seamless customer experience from first contact to final inspection
1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (roofing experience is a plus)
Curiosity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction
Ability to learn technical details and explain them clearly
Comfortable working outdoors and managing a fast-paced schedule
Self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed
