Job Title: Line Chef

Primary Responsibilities
Duties will vary by shift. Expected tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Embody the core values of Sojourn to all employees and customers
- Maintain par levels for each station
- Pizza dough - mixing, portioning, shaping, par baking
- Follow recipes as specified by head chef
- Complete orders to customer specifications
- Operate machinery including deep fryers, ovens, scales and mixers
- Maintain a sanitary and organized station at all times
- Communicate with FOH to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Operate intelligently under ambiguous situations (e.g. special order requests, refires or misprints)
- Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency, without compromising quality
Mandatory Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work as a team (per reference check)
- Evening and weekend availability
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable avenues of communication
- ServSafe certification (may complete upon hiring)
- Kitchen experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
